| Graphic Design Proofing |

| 1. All design projects are subject to 3 proofing cycles.
2. When a proofing cycle is complete you will get an email with a –v1, v2, v3 to indicate what proofing cycle number you are on.
3. After the 3rd proofing cycle an addition design monetary installment will be necessary to begin another 3 proofing cycles. |

| All text information must be provided in email form. If hard copies are provided a typesetting or OCR charge will be added. If we typeset the information we are not responsible for spelling errors or grammar. |

| Graphic Design Payment |
|
| 50% down or full payment is required before starting any design project. Balance is due upon completion of design or 5 weeks after starting. |

| Full payment is required before printing. |
